Zelensky signed the law on the state budget-2022
10.12.2021President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi at 10.12. received a law on the state budget for 2022 from the Verkhovna Rada and signed it on the same day, according to information on the parliament's website.
According to him, the revenues of the state budget-2022 were approved in the amount of 1.324 trillion UAH, including the general fund - 1.183 trillion UAH, which is, respectively, 9.7% and 12.2% more than the approved revenues of the state budget-2021.
Expenditures of the state budget in 2022 increased by 3.8% to UAH 1.499 trillion, including the general fund - by 5.3% to UAH 1.346 trillion.
At the same time, the deficit limit in the 2022 state budget was reduced by 23.5% compared to the 2021 state budget - to UAH 188.8 billion, in particular for the general fund - by 27.4%, to UAH 160.3 billion.
According to the Ministry of Finance, next year's GDP deficit will be reduced to 3.5% of GDP.
The Law on the State Budget establishes a living wage in 2022 from January 1 - UAH 2,393, from July 1 - UAH 2,508, from December 1 - UAH 2,589, in particular, for able-bodied citizens: from January 1 - UAH 2,481, from July 1 - UAH 2,600, from December 1 - UAH 2,684.
At the same time, the document envisages an increase in the minimum wage from October 1 to UAH 6.7 thousand compared to the current UAH 6.5 thousand.
The Law on the State Budget also provides for the provision of loans from the state budget in the amount of UAH 23.53 billion, including loans from the general fund in the amount of UAH 7.02 billion.
The state budget for 2022 is built, as stated in the three-year budget declaration, on the forecast of nominal GDP growth to UAH 5.368 trillion, real GDP growth of 3.8%, the exchange rate corridor of hryvnia to the dollar at the end of the year - UAH 28.6-28.7 / $. At the same time, inflation is expected to be 6.2% by the end of 2022.
