Ukraine and Israel have agreed on free trade

Ukraine and Israel are going to sign an agreement on free trade area in the first half of 2016. It was stated by the president of Ukraine Mr. Petro Poroshenko during his last visit on December 22 in Israel. The countries will sign the corresponding agreement in the coming months.

 

"We have agreed to speed up the signing of the FTA between Ukraine and Israel. We agreed that it should happen in the first half of the next year",- Mr. Poroshenko said.

 

There also was agreed to hold the next scheduled meeting of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Israeli committee on economic cooperation in the first half of 2016.
