The total state debt of Ukraine in October decreased by 0.5%
27.11.2018The total state debt (direct and state-secured) of Ukraine in October decreased by 0.5% or USD 0.35 billion month over month to USD 74.32 billion (as at October 31).
Ukrainian News Agency has learnt this from data of the Ministry of Finance.
The state and state-secured debt as at late October made UAH 2,093.08 billion or USD 74.32 billion against UAH 2,112.95 billion or USD 74.67 billion in the previous month.
The total size of the direct state debt as at October 31 made UAH 1,811.43 billion (USD 64.32 billion) over UAH 1,827.46 billion or USD 64.58 billion in the previous month.
At that direct foreign debt decreased by USD 0.21 billion to USD 37.65 billion, while direct domestic debt decreased by UAH 5.12 billion to UAH 751.15 billion (and in US dollar equivalent fell to USD 26.67 billion).
As at October 31, the state-secured debt made UAH 281.65 billion or USD 10 billion.
