Polish-Ukrainian Economic Conference

We are glad to inform that representatives of the Credo Line took part in the Polish-Ukrainian Economic Conference and Export forum of the Malopolska region of Poland, which took place in Krakow on 16th and 17th of May 2012 respectively. Credo Line was invited as a participant partner Agencies in a Consortium of Economic Security (www.economic-security.pl).

 

These conferences were organized by the Malopolska Regional Development Agency (www.marr.pl) under the aegis of the European Regional Development Fund EU.

 

The main issues which were discussed in this interrelated events, were problems and prospects of Polish export to Ukraine and CIS countries. Among the speakers were representatives of the regions of Ukraine and CIS countries, and importers of the region, and representatives of financial, banking and credit and insurance institutions and organizations of Poland.

 

Among others, were discussed the issues of monitoring suppliers from Ukraine. It should be noted that this problem has caused hot discussion among the participants, as a number of exporters have shared their negative experience of trade relations with the Ukrainian importers in terms of trade credit.

 

However, as a result of the discussion between Credo Line and a number of financial institutions, which providing services in the sphere of trade financing, as well between Credo Line and some exporters were settled preliminary agreements on cooperation in the sphere of risk management of contractors.

 

Therefore, Credo Line once again proved its competence as an independent expert in the field of assessment of creditworthiness, and also expanded its foreign business partners.
